Consider a resolution acknowledging that Beaumont has more than twice the state average of units per capita supported by Tax Credits or private activity bonds and authorizes the developer to submit an application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for a proposed Housing Tax Credit HTC) project known as Virginia Flats, located at 2250 W. Virginia, and offering expressed support for the project and a Commitment of Development Funding by the City
