Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a Joint Election Agreement between the City of Beaumont, the Beaumont Independent School District and the Port of Beaumont for the General Election to be held on May 4, 2019
Consider a resolution acknowledging that Beaumont has more than twice the state average of units per capita supported by Tax Credits or private activity bonds and authorizes the developer to submit an application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for a proposed Housing Tax Credit (HTC) project known as Laurel Vista, located at the northwest corner of Veterans Circle and offering expressed support for the project and a Commitment of Development Funding by the City
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept maintenance and authorize a final payment to McInnis Construction, Inc., for Fire Station No. 1
Receive an informational report from the Police Department Review and discuss the Riverfront Park Shoreline Restoration Project Review and discuss planned improvements within the City’s Water System
